In April 2016, the center moved its headquarters, which meant moving its phone, internet, and all IT systems. Everything had to remain connected and functioning during the move. As they’ve done for years, they relied upon Modern Telecom to coordinate not only moving all of the systems over but also keeping them functioning.
Modern Telecom worked with each individual phone, IT, and internet provider to make sure everyone knew the details of the move every step of the way. Andy took the lead, so people at the Center could stay focused on their mission.
The hotline and internet services stayed up the entire time, and the overall transition was smooth. As the Center opens new satellite offices, they rely upon Andy to expand communications systems and to keep them up and running.
Even when not moving or opening new offices, the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center views Modern Telecom as their first line of defense when something needs to be fixed.
